• How long does it take to ship my order? 5-7 business days 
• Can I exchange my order? Yes, you have 14 days to exchange. Laylati does not supply return labels for exchanges.
• Can I return an item? Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not except returns only exchanges made within 14 days.  
• I received the wrong goods what do I do? We strive for perfection but sometimes we make mistakes, we are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you and we will get to it to make things right! Please contact us right away so we can assist you as soon as possible.
• How do I care for the clothes? Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low. Cool iron if needed. Or take it to the dry cleaner if you dont feel like doing your laundry :)
